Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the time you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a return will be decided on a few factors.

-The item must not have been used.
-The item must not be damaged and in the same condition it was received.
-Proof of purchase will be required

To start a return, please contact us at enquiries@woodfromthemoon.co.uk.
If your return request is accepted, a return shipping address will be provided, along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Any items sent back to us without first logging a return request will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged and for all costs incurred with shipping.

When you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us in the unlikely event there are any defects, damage, or if a mistake has been made, e.g wrong item, colour etc.

Unfortunately, any sale items will not be eligible for returns unless defective.

You will receive a notification once we have received and inspected the item. If a refund is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
